Where is TRIumph located?

We are at 2723 NC Highway 55, Cary, NC 27519.  Feel free to call us at 919-355-2199, or send emails to info@triumphnc.com.

How much is the registration fee and when is it due?

The registration fee is $35 for the first member, $25 for the second and $20 for third member and any subsequent.  The family cap is $100.  Your registration fee is due upon enrollment and at each year’s anniversary date.  You may drop a class and re-enroll without paying another registration fee as long as you re-enroll within a year from the initial registration fee payment.

When are my tuition payments due?

To simplify the billing and enrollment process, TRIumph bills monthly.  We require a credit/debit card on file and charge tuition in advance on the 15th of each month. If you wish, you may pay before the 15th and not have your account drafted.  Payments can be made in person using cash, check or credit/debit card or through the online portal.

What if I need to withdraw from my class?

To ensure no one loses their spot in class, students are continuously enrolled. In the event you wish to withdraw, please send us an email at least two weeks in advance so that the changes can be made to your account.  All emails can be sent to our administrative staff at info@triumphnc.com.

Can I make up a missed class?

When your child misses a regularly scheduled class, they will no longer be waiting for an open space in another class day or time to be scheduled for a makeup. As of Saturday, June 10, 2017 we will have regularly scheduled makeup classes built in to our schedule. You will be able to schedule ONE makeup per month and must REGISTER for the spot by calling our office directly. Students must be ACTIVELY enrolled to schedule a makeup class. If a makeup is scheduled and NOT attended, you will lose that missed class.

Inclement Weather: If TRIumph is closed or it is unsafe to travel due to inclement weather, a make-up class for your specific class will be scheduled at a later date or you may schedule a make-up class on an individual basis.

Special Classes and Events: There are no make-ups for special classes or events including year round camps and summer camps.

Scheduled Closures: There are 48 classes per year for any given class on any given day.  Our tuition rates factor in scheduled closings. Therefore, there are no reductions or credits applicable for holiday closures.

Does TRIumph offer refunds?

TRIumph does not refund tuition or registration fees.  Certain exceptions for medical reasons may apply with a doctor’s note.  Birthday and Camp deposits are non-refundable unless canceled by TRIumph.

What if the class I want is full?

If your preferred class is full we can place you on a waiting list or offer you different time options.  We monitor our wait list regularly and will contact you directly when space is available.

What can I expect on the first day of class?

Please show up 5 minutes early and check in at the office.  After your class has been confirmed you can head to the cubbies where you will place your belongings, shoes and socks.  Instructors will call their class by name and head onto the floor to start warm up.  The remainder of class will be spent on the different events scheduled for that day.  We rotate events each class to ensure all students get sufficient experience in each event.  After your first class, there is no need to check-in with the front desk unless you have questions or concerns that need to be addressed.  Attendance is taken each day by each class instructor.

What do I wear?

We recommend students wear athletic shorts and t-shirts and girls may wear leotards.  Please, no loose fitting clothes nor clothes with snaps, buckles, zippers etc., as these can get caught in the equipment and pose serious safety concerns.  For additional safety of our students we ask that you please tie back long hair and absolutely no jewelry.  We operate in bare feet so no shoes or socks on the floor.

What if I leave my belongings at the gym?

We have a system of cubbies for storage of your belongings during class.  It is a good idea to label anything you plan to bring with you.  TRIumph has a lost and found for any belongings accidentally left behind.  If you have left something behind, please ask the front desk staff to view the lost and found box.  TRIumph is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

How will I know when my child is ready to move to the next level?

Our coaches track each student’s progress and acknowledge each skill as it is mastered.  Those who have mastered all the skills shown on their chart will be invited to move up to the next level.  Each level has a different time length, class availability and tuition price.
